For the children and families receiving treatment at Rogers Memorial Hospital over the holidays, it can be an especially trying time. Having a special holiday celebration with gifts to open is an incredibly meaningful and joyous experience for the kids.
The employees at Lakeland Supply, Inc. in Waukesha, Wisconsin truly takes this to heart as they carefully select items they know the kids will enjoy receiving. This is the second year Lakeland Supply, Inc. has chosen to participate in the “Give for a Better Day” Holiday Drive, and we are so thankful once again for their caring hearts and generous spirits.
Next up: May is National Mental Health Awareness Month
While the holidays are an especially critical time, we would be happy to assist you with a “Give for a Better Day” drive anytime of the year. If you are part of a civic organization, or if you have a friend or family member who owns a business, a coping skills drive is an excellent way to help patients at Rogers fill their emotional toolkit with small, but effective, therapeutic items. Contact Linda Schieble or go to MyRogers for details.
