Patient Care Grants

Individuals diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other anxiety disorders and whose resources and insurance coverage are limited may be eligible to receive free outpatient treatment funded by Rogers Memorial Hospital Foundation. Grant funding is limited and offered on a first-come basis after clinical and financial needs have been determined.

Grant recipients receive free outpatient treatment through Rogers Memorial Hospital under the clinical supervision of Bradley C. Riemann, PhD. Treatment is provided at the Lake Country Free Clinic in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin by a skilled clinician trained in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy to treat anxiety disorders.

Applying for a Patient Care Grant is simple:

  2. We will contact you after we review your information.
  3. If you are financially eligible, we will schedule a 30-minute phone interview with you to determine the clinical appropriateness of your application.
